Who are we and what are we doing?
We are friends who decided after a few drinks in late 2004 to travel from London to Australia on motorbikes. At the time neither of us could ride and in fact, until November of that year, Peter had never even ridden a moped. Some said we were mad, but in spite of that we learnt to ride, the plan evolved and at the time of writing we are scheduled to leave in June 2006. We'll post more ramblings on this web-site every now and then so that family, friends and anyone who wants to can keep track of the highs (and lows!) of whatever we're up to at the time.
